Lomas Engineering are one of those ‘under the radar’ Sheffield companies, doing amazing work in aerospace and other sectors, but never really shouting about it.

Never content to stand still, they’ve spent the last 40 years developing unsurpassed expertise in the designing and manufacturing specialist cutting tools, and continually investing in the latest materials, tools, training and technologies to ensure they stay at the forefront of their industry.

From their headquarters in Sheffield, the heart of the UK’s manufacturing industry, they supply to aerospace customers across the globe, as well as industries including medical, automotive, defence, marine, communications and general engineering.

Always looking out for ways to improve and innovate, they carried out a strategic review, and concluded that the branding they started out with many years ago, was no longer in keeping with the company’s size or status. What’s more, their website was in need of a major overhaul.

That’s when they enlisted the help of the Backroom. We’ve been working away over the last few months, developing a new look and feel for the company, and a brand spanking new website to go with it.

We’re happy to say that lomas.co.uk has now gone live and the client is thrilled with the final result! We hope their new online presence and brand identity will help propel them to even greater heights!
