How long does it take to build a website?

A simple website could be live in as little as 4-6 weeks from start to finish but each build varies depending on the size of the website, the readiness of your content and on the various functions required.

What platform do you build your websites on?

Our websites are mainly built on Wordpress. However, we do offer alternatives, speak to us if you have anything in mind.

Do you offer hosting services?

We offer hosting packages for all our sites, get in touch for a quote.

Can you help me update my existing website?

Potentially. It's sometimes not that easy but let us know what you’re currently working with and what your requirements and we’ll see if we can help.

Can you help me write content for my website?

Absolutely, in fact we would advise we do. We work alongside a copywriter who can work with you to write compelling content.

Why should I work with a small rather than large agency?

In a large agency, you might be surprised your project will still typically be handled by just two people — an account manager and designer. While it may be comforting to know that a company has multiple employees, you most likely will only be working with two people, while still paying a project fee that supports the whole staff.

Do you work on ad-hoc projects?

Of course, some of our clients work with us on a project-by-project basis, and we’re very happy to respond to ad hoc briefs.

Can you work with me to create me a marketing plan?

Definitely. Many of our clients find that when we act as an extension of their team and when we’re involved in their marketing plans from the outset, they achieve far better results. We can bring an expert eye to tricky problems and suggest solutions or new ways of working that perhaps hadn’t been considered.

Why should I choose a branding agency to design my website?

Sometimes businesses choose to hire one firm to design their brand, another to manage their advertising, and yet another to design their website. The problem with this approach is that everyone will focus only on their individual project with no one looking out for your overall brand consistency. The more firms you work with, the more fragmented your brand will become. This results in confusing your customer base and potentially decreasing sales. Can you help me with Social Media?

Sure. We can create a 12 month social content plan. We will create the content, manage and implement this on a monthly basis. This will help to create consistency in messaging and drive followers, engagement and increase visits to your website.

Are you open to online meetings?

Absolutely. It's something we’ve become very accustomed to during the lockdown period, and in some cases it’s probably better to work this way. We are more than happy to do virtual meet ups on Google Hangout, Zoom, Facetime, Teams...or whatever works for you!

Can you help me to create a company video?

Definitely. We start with a blank sheet of paper, working together we will create a storyboard for approval. We work with award winning film makers and videographers.
